Services : Health Education
Health education services are offered to patients at CHN health centers, as well as in the communities which surround our centers. Our medical, nutrition, health education and social work staff are trained to provide individualized education to all of our patients on a wide variety of topics, including:
- Prenatal Health Education
- Diabetes Self-Management Education
