Forrest Armstrong is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He treats patients at our Lower East Side and Brooklyn Health Centers. Forrest Armstrong completed his graduate degree in Psychology at the City College of New York and his Master of Social work at CUNY Hunter College.
Forrest has done specialized training and research on sleep problems and their treatments and published a book chapter about treating insomnia (Pandi-Perumal, 2016) and a scientific article about the impact of sleep loss on decision-making (Engle-Friedman et al. 2016). Forrest has lived experience and a special interest in working with the LGBTQIA community.
