Pharmacy
Community Healthcare Network Pharmacy is an in-house pharmacy at our Long Island City and Jamaica Health Centers where you can have your prescriptions filled. We work directly with your healthcare team to coordinate your prescriptions, medical supplies, and insurance information to help prevent any delays in starting your medication or treatment.

Refilling your prescription:
Ordering your prescription refill is available 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. To refill a prescription quickly, use the Rx # from your prescription label. Call (844) 370-6208 or order prescription refills online by clicking the button below.
Home Delivery
Our pharmacies offer free NEXT-DAY delivery. An adult must be present to sign for the package.
